I have received my certification through Wilton. I have been designing cakes sine 1998. At first it was a part-time, occasional hobby, until I've decided to go full-time!
Learning to design my own cakes., also have customer's request to make/bake a certain cake of their choosing.
I love working with fondant cakes the best, you can have a very attractive eye appeal using fondant for your cake, able to add more crisp details to your cake.
